To share your report as a PDF, click on the share menu option when previewing your report

Or head to the Share menu

Click on start PDF export to generate a copy. You can then download it to keep. If you'd like to include a PDF download option when sharing your report as an online link, turn sharing on using the toggle switch.

Remember - if you make any new changes to a report after you've generated a PDF, you'll need to head back to the Share menu of the book to generate an updated copy you can keep.
