You can setup default branding for all new reports that you create to save time and keep all your reports looking consistent.

Head to your My Account menu and click on the Branding tab:

Change your workspace name

We'll automatically set your workspace name to the one you provided when you signed up, but you can choose to change it at any time. We'll use this name when we contact you via email and when sharing your monthly digest emails.

If you'd like to change your workspace name any time, just type the new name and hit the save button.

Set your brand logo

Add your brand or organisation's logo and we will include it on every new report you create. The logo appears in the top banner of our online report and also on the front page of our PDF report. We'll use the CoverageBook logo by default if you don't want to add a different logo here.

You can also add your client's or a second logo to the main front cover page. Click on the front cover text or use the 'logo & text' button to add a cover logo to your report.

Set a branded share link for all your reports

You can set a branded share link that'll be used whenever you share a report, a clip or a folder with anyone. You can only set one custom share link for your whole workspace so its best to choose a name like your own brand or company.

Hit save and we'll use your new share link!

If you do need to change it after, get in touch and we can help reset it.

Can I change the branding for some of my reports?

Yes, if you want to change the brand logo and accent colours for a specific client or report, you can edit the details separately. Click on the 'banner logo' and 'accent colour' options from the Book Overview tab to make any changes.

You can also make templates of any reports you create which will keep all the individual formatting and settings. Here's how!
