If you need to get access to more than one CoverageBook account, our workspace switching feature allows you to use one login to access all the accounts you're a member of!
To get started, any admin on the account you need access to can invite you in.

Click on the main settings - my team tab.
Next click the invite button, add their first name, email address and select their access level.

You'll get an invite email, it'll show that you're being invited into another workspace.
Click join and it'll take you straight into the account.
How can I switch between different accounts or workspaces?
Click on the workspace name menu on the top left
From here you can see the current workspace you're signed into, and others you're a member of below. Just click the one you want to go to and it'll take you straight in!
You can be a member of multiple workspaces and use the same login to access them all.
Tip - make sure to setup your workspace branding for each account. You'll see the name of the account and its brand colour to help make it easier to see which one you're signing into.
Can I transfer data or reports between my accounts?
No, that's not possible. You can access each account you're a member of but each stays separate and you won't be able to transfer data or reports between them.
Can I remove access for a team member?
Yes, access works in exactly the same way. You can remove yourself from an account any time, or an admin on the account can remove others as needed.
