You can enhance the security of your shared report links by password protecting them. This means that only people who know the password and team members who are logged in to CoverageBook will be able to access the report.
1. Open the report and go to the 'Settings' page.
2. Select 'Password protection'
3. Choose a password which is at least 6 characters.
Then when you access the shared report page, you'll see the prompt to enter the password.
If you are logged in to CoverageBook in the same browser, you will not be prompted to enter the password. Open the link in a private/incognito window to test what your recipient will see.
If you want to remove the password or change it then return to the same page and select 'Remove password'. You can then set a new one, if desired.
