CoverageBook's brand prominence and sentiment analysis features allow you to track how prominently your brand featured in your coverage and whether the tone of the article was favourable towards your brand.

Both of these features are now automated in our initial Beta release! Just add a brand name, person, event etc into a report and we'll score the prominence and add sentiment for you!

Currently, online articles, Instagram Posts, instagram Reels and print coverage will automatically collect brand prominence scores and sentiment (more support for other platforms to follow!). For other content there's the option to manually add the data. Here's how to add a prominence score and sentiment manually when you need to.

How to setup a brand search for your reports

Head to the Overview tab - Settings page of your report.

At the top you'll see the brand analysis area.

Enter in a name and hit the start analysis button. We'll scan your online, Insta and print content and add a prominence score and sentiment automatically! Any new content you import will be analysed.

Can I change or remove the brand term I set for a report?

Yes, just head back to the Overview tab and Settings page of a report and you can either change the brand name and restart the analysis for the report, or you can remove the brand search entirely. Doing both will reset all the analysis and changing the brand term will generate new results for your report.

Are there any limits on CoverageBook's AI analysis features?

Your plan comes with plenty of AI analysis allowance on top of your regular clip usage. That's enough to set up automatic brand prominence and sentiment analysis in the reports you're currently working on, analyse a few older reports, and there's room if you wanted to change the brand term on some reports from time to time.

Both clip and AI usage allowances reset each time your plan renews, and will increase to your new plan's limits if you choose to upgrade.

We'll show a heads up when you're more than 80% through your AI allowance.

You should have plenty of allowance included within your plan's clip limit. If you're re-analysing multiple reports or updating lots of previous reports, this will use up your allowance.

If you use all your AI usage, it'll reset when your plan renews, or you'll have the option of upgrading your plan.

If you have any questions at all get in touch and we'd be happy to help.
