Account administrators can enforce all team members to sign in using Google or Microsoft workspaces, which will disable the ability for users to sign in with a password.
Once enabled, all team members will have 14 days to switch to signing in via Google or Microsoft. After this time you'll be prompted to setup SSO sign in before you can access your account.
As an admin, go to the main settings - team page - security. Check the single sign-on box and hit save.
We'll show which admin on your account enabled the setting.
If preferred, admins can choose to also add 2FA to single sign-on, so users will have to authenticate in addition to signing in via their Google or Microsoft workspace.
You can aslo enable SSO, 2FA, and restrict access to allowed email domains for additional security.
