When sharing your report as an online link, you can choose whether the report reader can download a PDF copy, or access a CSV of the data in that book.

First, you'll need to have generated a PDF. Then, click on the toggle switches in the Share menu to turn on PDF and CSV sharing, or turn them off if you don't want to include this option when sharing your report.
