There are many options available for removing pages from PDF files. One way is to use Google Chrome:

1. Click on File - Open file to open the PDF in Chrome.

2. Then, click on File - Print...

3. Click on Change...

4. Select Save as PDF

5. You can now select which pages you'd like to remove (I chose to take out the first two from a report). Click on save and choose a destination for the new PDF.
