Our plans are designed to scale with the amount of coverage you achieve. Each plan has a usage quota for how many clips you can upload in a month.

What counts as a clip?

All online and social URLs and playable media files count towards your monthly usage allowance. 1 URL or file counts as 1 clip. This includes:

  • Online articles and any items uploaded as a URL

  • Social media posts

  • MP4, MP3, WMV and Mov media files (up to 250MB per file)

Do image files count towards my monthly usage?

As of November 2024, uploading image files (JPG, PNG and PDF) for your print or any other coverage you're adding as an image manually won't count towards your monthly usage. You'll only use your allowance when importing online and social URLs and playable media files.

What are the monthly allowances for your plans?

  • Bronze - 100 clips

  • Bronze Plus - 200 clips

  • Silver - 400 clips

  • Silver Plus - 900 clips

  • Gold - 1,200 clips

  • Gold Plus (and Enterprise base plan) - 2,000 clips

If you need more than 2,000 clips a month our Enterprise plan is designed to scale for your needs. Get in touch to discuss options with us.

How can I see my account usage?

Click on Account Settings in the top right 'My account' menu to view your monthly usage. Your current plan, monthly limit, and usage will be shown here (for the current month we show actual usage since your last bill - previous months are calculated by calendar month to give you an overview of usage over time).

I'm approaching my limit, what should I do?

We'll show a reminder when you're approaching the limit of your plan:

If you still need to add more clips we'd recommend upgrading to a higher plan. You'll have access to the higher limit straight away and can continue adding clips. We'll charge the difference between plans in your next monthly renewal.

If you don't usually need the higher limit, then you can downgrade to a lower plan at any time before your next renewal. When downgrading, you'll keep access to your current plan until your plan renews.

I've gone over my plan limit:

We'll show a warning message in your account to upgrade.

Click on 'See your upgrade options' and we'll suggest some alternative plans, based on your current usage. Upgrading happens straight away so you can continue to use your account as normal. You're free to downgrade again, at any time, to return to a lower plan on renewal.

Usage is based on the amount of clips you've added since your last bill. Monthly usage resets the next time your renewal comes round.

I'm on an annual plan, what happens if I go over the limit?

If you exceed the yearly quota of your plan before your next renewal date, we'll recommend a higher plan with more usage. You'll be billed immediately for the difference between plans at the point you upgrade, until the end of your existing subscription.

If you have any questions on this, or would like more details please get in touch, or via the chat messenger when logged in and we'll be happy to help.
