Logo & Cover Text

This is where you can select a cover logo, title and subtitle.

In addition to a front cover logo you can also brand your reports with a banner logo!

Setting a Front Cover Image

There's three options:

  1. Use our montage view (we'll show image thumbnails of your clips in the front cover image).

  2. Upload your own front cover image (up to 50 megapixels in resolution).

  3. You can select no cover image - it'll just display the title and client logo on a white background.

Selecting the Clips for your Montage

When you use the montage, you can decide how the clips are selected:

  • Random Selection: Clips will be selected randomly from your coverage.

  • First items in report: Clips will be selected in order from the first items in the report.

  • Highlights: Clips will be selected from your highlights.

  • Recently published items: The clips with the most recent published date will be used.

  • Recently added items: The clips added most recently to the report will be used.

  • Items in a section: The clips will be selected from a Section of your choice.

Using a Custom Image as your Front Cover

Drag and drop your cover image or select it from your files. Choose whether you want the image to fit in our stylised view, or fill the page edge to edge.

Images must be under 50 megapixels in resolution

Setting a Background Colour

You can select a background colour for you front cover, perhaps in your brand's colours.

You can choose one of our default colours, pick one from our palette, or paste in your own colour code to exactly match your brand or client.

Hide the Front Cover Page

The final option in the front cover menu is to hide the front cover page from the report. Just click on the option to hide or unhide this page.

How to add an organisation logo

In addition to a front cover logo, you can also add your organisation's logo which will show in the banner of your reports!

Click on the Overview menu, and click on the banner logo option. From here you can upload a logo (it will be visible in the top left corner of your reports).

If you haven't setup your default workspace branding settings yet, check out this guide to brand all your reports with your logo, colours and custom share link!

Changing the accent colours

You can add a custom set of highlight colours and accents to keep your reports on brand.

From the Overview menu, click on the accent colour option. From here you can choose from our default colours, pick your own, or paste in your client or brand's colour code to exactly match it.

Once set, you'll now see some subtle colour changes to our front cover montage and default labels. here's an example of the metrics summary page:
