It's possible to refresh the Views and Engagements data for online and social clips. You can refresh the data in a report for clips that are under 30 days old.
Click on the Metrics & Backlinks menu from the Book Overview tab and then refresh data.
It can take a little time (up to an hour) to collect new data for your report. Once you hit the refresh button you can work on other things whilst it updates.
Can I refresh a single clip or ones older than 30 days?
Yes, you can also refresh the views and engagements data for older clips. When you're viewing the clip in your report or in the Coverage Vault, click on the refresh button:
