Can I pause my subscription when I'm not using it?

If you only need to create reports or add coverage occasionally, perhaps every other month or each quarter or year, our Archive plan might be a good option for you.

Alternatively, do check out our annual plans. Depending on how many clips you're adding through the year, annual plans could work out cheaper for you. Get in touch if you'd like to chat through some options.

When you switch to our Archive plan it'll keep all your existing reports and data live and accessible. Any links to reports you've shared will stay active.

The only thing you can't do is add new coverage or create new reports.

To Archive your account, click on the 'My Account' menu in the top right corner, and go to 'Account Settings'. From there, open the 'Plan' tab and you'll see the option to 'Pause your account'. Once confirmed, you'll automatically switch to the Archive plan at your next billing date.

The Archive plan is £10/$15 a month (excluding VAT).

You can upgrade again to a coverage plan at any time by clicking on the Account Settings - switch plan option in the Settings drop down. We'll bill you the difference between the Archive plan and your new plan and you'll get all the usage to use right away.

If you'd prefer to cancel and sign up again in future that's no problem, but please be aware we'll delete cancelled accounts after a short time. We'd recommend choosing the Archive plan if you want to keep your account data saved and accessible.
