As of April 2024 we've introduced user roles. You'll need to be an account admin or Billing user to be able to make any changes to your subscription, update your billing address or change your payment card details.
Billing information can be found in the 'Stripe billing portal', which you'll find in the Account Settings menu. From there you can update your card details, billing address, and billing email contact.
When logged into your CoverageBook account, click on 'Account Settings' in the top right 'My Account' menu and go to the Billing tab.
Click on 'Visit Stripe Billing Portal':
You'll then see a list of your current payment method, billing contact details, and all your past invoices.
Select 'Update information' to change your billing email or address:
