You'll need to be an account admin or Billing user to be able to make any changes to your subscription, update your billing address and email, or change your payment card details.
When logged into your CoverageBook account, click on 'Account Settings' in the top right 'My Account' menu and go to the Billing tab.
Click on 'Visit Stripe Billing Portal':
You'll see a list of your current payment methods, billing contact details, and all your past invoices.
Select 'Update information' to change your billing email or address:
