I can't find a report in my account. How do I search for it?

Search for a report by name

At the top of the reports page there's a search box and a list of sort options which you can use to find your reports.

Using Folders to organise your reports is a great way to also find them again when needed! Click into a folder and you can also search for reports just saved to that folder

Coverage Vault

The coverage vault is a collection of all the coverage you've added to CoverageBook, with a range of filters and sort options. On the left hand side you'll see a report filter, where you can search for a report in your account.

You can also refine your search to a specific folder.

Select the report you're looking for and the coverage list will filter down to just the coverage in that report. Select any piece of coverage to open the clip. At the top of the clip you'll see links to all the reports that clip is in. Click on the links to the reports you're looking for.

You'll then be taken to that clip, in the report you're searching for. You can then make any changes you need to.

Browser Search

You can use your web browser's in built search option to search for your report title. Use CTRL+f (CMD+f on a Mac) to bring up your browser's search box. Input your report's title and it will search the page for that text.

If you can't find the report you're looking for it might have been archived from your reports page. You can search and restore Archived books here
