Our plans are designed to be flexible and you can switch at any time.
You'll need to be an admin or billing contact on your account to switch between plans. To view your team and which roles they have, head to the main account settings - team tab (learn more about roles here).
I'm on a monthly plan - how do I switch?
Head to the main settings drop down and click on 'switch plan'. You'll see your current plan information at the top, and the available plans you can switch to below.
If you upgrade, you'll have access to your new usage and team seats straight away. We'll charge you for the upgrade at your next monthly renewal date.
If you upgrade a monthly plan you'll stay on the higher plan until you choose to switch to a different plan.
If you downgrade an annual plan, you'll stay on your current benefits until your next renewal comes round. Then we'll switch you to your new chosen plan.
I'm on a yearly plan - how do I switch?
Our yearly plans are paid for upfront (and include one months discount). Head to the Switch plan page to see the available options. If you upgrade before your renewal we'll bill you the difference between plans when you switch.
We'll keep you on your new plan for your next automated renewal, but you can choose to switch back to another plan at any time before.
If you downgrade an annual plan, you'll stay on your current benefits until your next renewal comes round. Then we'll switch you to your new chosen plan.
Can I see my current plan?
Yes. Login to your CoverageBook account and click on the main settings drop down and select the 'plan' tab. You'll see your current plan (and any plan you're moving to next), plus your usage by calendar month.
How can I see the available plans?
Click on the main settings drop down and select the 'switch plan' option. You'll need to be an admin or billing contact to change your plan.
If you're an Editor you'll see a prompt to contact an admin or billing user to make the plan change. Click on the 'view teammates' link to see who they are for your account.
Can I switch to monthly billing from a yearly plan?
Yes. But if you choose to switch to monthly billing, it won't take effect until your current year's subscription reaches the 12 month renewal date.
Can I pay by invoice if I switch to yearly billing?
