You can enhance the security of your shared report links by password protecting them. This means that only people who know the password will be able to view the report. You'll need to be an account admin to use this feature.

If you're a logged in team member you'll always be able to view any report in your account or browser without needing to enter the password.

1. Open the report and go to the 'Settings' page.

2. Select 'Password protection'

3. Choose a password which is at least 6 characters. Click set password to enable it for the report.

When you share the report as an online link with others, they'll be asked to enter in the password to view the read-only report.

If you want to remove the password or change it then return to the setting menu (in the Overview tab) and select 'Remove password'. You can then set a new one, if desired.

Only team admins can set and reset passwords. If you'r an editor or billing contact you won't have access. Click the 'Team page' link when you see this message to see who your account admins are.
