We've added a dedicated Archive folder so you can remove any reports you no longer need from your CoverageBook account, and keep them safely saved, away from your active reports lists.

Archiving a report

If you'd like to archive a report, click on the 3 dots below the report and click on Archive. It'll be added straight to your Archive folder.

Where can I find my Archived reports?

Scroll to the bottom of your Reports page when signed in and you'll see a link to the Archive folder.

When you Archive a report, it will no longer be accessible, so if you've shared the report as an online link, it will no longer work. If you restore the report the link will work again.

The reports are displayed in the date order that they were archived from your account, with the most recently archived reports showing first.

How do I restore an archived report?

Click into the Archive folder link, at the bottom of your reports list - we'll show the most recently archived reports first. Click on the 3 dots below the report and click on "restore". We'll add it back to any folders the report was in.

Can I permanently delete a report?

Archived reports will no longer be accessible unless you choose to restore them to your account. Report storage for your account is unlimited so you can keep your reports Archived for as long as you like. But, if you would like to delete a report, click on the 3 dots below any Archived report and you can delete it.

Deleting a report is permanent and cannot be undone

This will delete the report from your account - any coverage in the report will still be saved in the Coverage Vault, which contains a record of all the clips you've imported to your account.

I've accidentally deleted a report, can I restore it?

Unfortunately, once a report has been deleted we can't restore it back for you. But, all the coverage you added to the report will still be saved in your Coverage Vault From there you can find the coverage and add it back to a new report to remake it.
