To share your report as a PDF, click on the share menu option when previewing your report
Or head to the Share menu
Click on start PDF export to generate a copy. You can then download it to keep.
You can also make your PDF available to download via the online share link. That way your reader has the choice of reading the report online, or downloading their own copy. Simply toggle the switch on, to make the PDF available to download:
It will then appear in the top right contents menu of the online book:
Remember - if you make any new changes to a report after you've generated a PDF, you'll need to head back to the Share menu of the book to generate an updated copy you can keep.
