You'll get a response directly from one of the team usually within a few hours if between the hours of 9am - 6pm BST. However - we'll often pick up queries outside these hours if we can.
We're a small team but every response is handled by me or one of the makers of the tool.
When using the tool you'll also see this icon in the bottom right-hand side of every screen.
You can also submit any questions through the online chat window. Go ahead and ask your question and it will be delivered directly to the support team.
Do you provide phone support?
We provide unlimited support for our customers via email, but we don’t provide support over the phone.
