The Coverage Vault is where all your clips are stored. Everything you've ever uploaded or imported to CoverageBook can be found here.

There are a number of ways to find the content you are looking for and these can be found on the left hand side of the page.

Search

You can use the search function to find a clip by it's title or by the outlet/publication it's assigned to. So for example, if you wanted to see all your articles from The Guardian, you could simply type Guardian and all those articles will be shown in the table.

Media Type

Media type lets you find content in a certain format e.g. TV, radio, or Instagram pieces. This can be really useful in combination with other filters, for example if you wanted to find all the TikTok videos in a book or client folder.

Folder

This can be used to find content in a particular client or project folder. This is a great way to start narrowing down coverage for a quarterly or annual report for your stakeholders particularly when paired with other filters such as 'date added' or 'Just highlights'.

Book

The book filter lets you find content in a particular book. This is a great view for analysing the content in your book without making any changes to it. For example, use the sort options at the top of each column to see the highest or lowest performing coverage. Combine it with the 'Media Type' filter to find specific coverage types in your book, such as all the social content.

Section

This is great for looking through content in large books, such as annual reports. You can use this filter to easily create new books directly from a section of coverage

Just Highlights

You can use this filter to find all the coverage you've highlighted. Combine this with the folder filter to find the best pieces for a client or from a particular project.

Published On

Here you can specify a date range to find coverage published in that time. Please note that coverage without a published date will not show when this filter is applied.

Added On

Use this filter to find coverage which you added to CoverageBook within the specified date range.

Adding existing coverage to a new book

  • Select the coverage you want to add to another book, using the individual select boxes next to each row or the 'Select all' button at the top of the table

  • You'll then see the option to create a new book from that selection or add it to an existing book.
