Our shareable folders feature allows you to share a whole collection of reports in one handy, live link. So instead of creating one large summary report with total metrics for all the Sections in it, you can now share smaller, more focused reports which each have their own metrics summaries. Your clients and stakeholders can see each report and how it performed all from inside the one shared folder. And you can still merge all those books into a main summary report to get an overall view. You can create as many reports as you like from existing coverage without affecting your usage allowance.
If you like to organise your coverage into different Sections through a report, you could also think about creating a single report just with the coverage from each Section.
For example, here I've created 4 smaller books to showcase the clips and summarise the metrics just for each of these mini campaigns, or events, projects, month on month reports and so on...
I also created a main summary report containing all the campaign coverage to give total metrics. Anyone you share the folder with can now see each individual report and metrics, and view the overall summary of all the reports combined.
How do I share a folder of books?
Click on the share folder button and create public link. We have more info on sharing folders in our guide here.
Copy the URL and you anyone who opens the link can view all the books inside the folder. Anyone who isn't a logged in user in your account will only be able to see a read only view and they can't change or edit any of the content.
If you haven't setup your custom subdomain for all your share links yet, you can do that here.
To stop sharing a folder, click on the share folder button at any time and click on the 'stop sharing' link. Access will be immediately removed.
Can I make a summary report with all my reports combined into one?
Yes. You can create as many different types of reports from your coverage at any time. If you would also like to create a main summary of all your smaller reports, you can add each of your smaller books together to get total metrics. We have a guide on this here.
Can I make smaller books from a summary report I've already created?
Yes, if you would like to break up a summary into smaller books to get individual metrics for each Section, here's how to do that.
