Once you upload a URL to a report, we'll save the clip and all its details so you can add that same clip to different reports in the future.

We'll also detect whether a clip has already been added to your report, and we'll show which URL is a duplicate as you're importing them.

I can't find the duplicate item in my report, how do I search for it?

If you have a large report with lots of Sections of clips you might not spot where the clip has already been added. If you head to the Coverage tab int eh main menu bar (top left), you can use the clip search bar to find it. Type in the publication name or title and we'll give you a link to where that clip is inside the report.

We have a more in depth guide on finding coverage here.

The clip I'm trying to add isn't a duplicate, its a new version of the same coverage URL

Some websites use the exact same URL over time, for example best or articles or calendars and events pages. If you want to add a duplicate URL and update it to the latest version of the page, check out our guide on this here.
