Some webpages keep the same URL address but change their content regularly, like events listings and calendar sites, or best of articles. When you import a URL of a site, we'll capture the screenshot from the time you first import the clip.

If you import a clip to a report and see an older screenshot, or you want to include the same URL more than once in a report, you can make a copy of the original and refresh the screenshot to the latest version. This is helpful for best of articles etc that keep the same link but change the content regularly.

Also, if you prefer, you can replace any of our default images with one of your own using your preferred capture tool.

How to copy a clip and refresh the screenshot

When you're editing a clip click on the 3 dots in the top right and select 'copy'

Or, if you're viewing the clip thumbnail in your Section, click on the copy icon in the top right of the clip. It will create a copy to the right of the original clip (you can now delete that one if you don't need it).

Click on the copied clip and you can now edit it separately. You can also request a new screenshot of the page using the 'Get a fresh screenshot' button.
