The new outlets area within the Coverage Vault allows you to see a list of all the outlets that have been created in your account. We've added some bulk editing and updating options to help you manage all your media publishers profiles and data.

We've made a short intro video that will go through all the main features in a little more detail.

An outlet in CoverageBook is any publisher that's a source for your coverage, for example a website, social account, or print publication.

We'll automatically create outlets for your online and social coverage as you're importing URLs, and its now possible to create new blank outlets so you can setup all your favourite publishers your teams can add coverage to!

Accessing your outlets

Head to the Coverage Vault in the main menu bar of your CoverageBook account, and click on the outlets link. This will show a list of all the outlets that have been created in your account.

How to search for an outlet

We'll show a list of all the outlets in your account, by most recently created first.

Use the outlet name search bar to look up a publisher. You can search by full name or partial name (If an outlet has an apostrophe or special character you'll need to include this when searching for an exact name match).

You can also filter by media type so you can quickly see all your print, Instagram or radio outlets.

Filter using the column headers

By default we'll show you the most recently created outlets first.

You can also click on any of the column headers which have up and down arrows next to them.

This will sort your outlets by:

  • Name (A-Z and Z-A)

  • Media Type

  • Most recently added outlets

  • Outlets with the most or fewest clips

These can be super helpful to see at a glance which outlets you've recently added, if there's any duplicated outlets in your account, or which outlets have featured the most coverage!
