Unfortunately it's not currently possible to import Instagram Stories or Facebook Reels by uploading the URL of the post as online coverage. The content isn't formatted in a way that allows us to capture the post and metrics automatically.
Instead, we'd recommend importing the content as a coverage file. You can upload either an image of the content or capture it as an MP4. There are some third party tools available like https://www.storysaver.net/ which will download an Instagram post/story as an MP4 file.
When you're uploading coverage files, we'll give you the option to select which social platform they're from, so when you add your own metrics/data, we'll include those for each platform in the metrics summary.
