With our monthly plan you can cancel at any time. You will only be charged for the month you have started, including any upgrades to your usage. So if you just need to use us occasionally to create reports, you can cancel and sign up to a new account any time you need us! We also have a paused Archive plan if you did want to keep your data saved till the next time you want to create some reports.
If you're subscribed to annual billing, we'll automatically renew your plan each year when your renewal comes round. If you cancel at any point before you'll keep access until your next renewal comes round.
All our plans work on an auto renewing basis. Your monthly or annual plan will renew at your next billing date unless you choose to cancel your subscription and we'll delete your data a short time after.
