How do you get this number?
Our partner, BuzzSumo, monitors engagement across social media platforms. At the point of import, we'll pull the data for your clip.
For Online articles this is the number of social shares across X, Pinterest and Facebook.
For Social posts, this is a total of any likes, comments, and shares (the metrics we collect vary per platform). You can read more about what's collected from each site here.
The engagements don't update automatically, but you can refresh the social engagements for a report or clip by following these steps.
